Hello!! 

My name is Floryie and I am a book addict!

Well, I was until a few years ago when I suddenly slowed down on my reading and even stopped at one point. I shocked myself with that action because books are the love of my life and I would never have guessed I would want to stop reading at any time. But now, I am glad that I am back! It just took a one-time friend telling me that I can always retreat into my world of books when I need space. How right he is! 

So, I am welcoming myself back to the booksworld which I entered when I was barely 7-8 years old. It all started by seeing my brother reading interesting books which eventually led me to entering so many wonderful realms and meeting such fascinating characters. That kept me anchored as a kid and I hope it will during my twilight years too. Don't worry guys!  I still have double the years to reach that stage! 

I read a range of genres from fantasy to romance to thrillers except erotica and horror. Among these, my first preference is Fantasy and second is Romance. So I am looking forward to many more years of making book boyfriends. I do have a soft spot for Litrpg too. My picking of books is rather random. Anything can make me look at a book - be it the book cover or the blurb or the author. So sometimes I binge read a particular genre or series  

This time around I am not trying to race through reading as I did during the earlier years but rather savour them as I read at a slower pace. This is something I am learning to do in all parts of my life. I can't wait to see how my rekindled reading journey is going to go!!
